I need to make changes to an order I just placed.


If you need to modify an order you just submitted through our website, please email contact@quantyvo.com right away with your requested changes.

Our orders usually take 1 business day to process, so if you contact us before your order has been processed, we might be able to make the changes.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order is processed at our fulfillment centers, we can no longer make changes. Additionally, we cannot change the address or reroute packages once they've been shipped.

 

Do I need to pay customs charges?


International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges upon arrival. Although this is rarely an issue for our customers, if it does occur, you are responsible for covering any additional fees. We recommend checking with your local authorities for potential import charges before placing an order.


Can I change my shipping address?


Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate when placing your order, as QUANTYVO is not responsible for errors made during the checkout process. If we make a mistake, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?


If your package's tracking information shows it was delivered but you can't find it, check your property, lobby, mailroom, or nearby neighbors in case it was misplaced or accepted on your behalf. We suggest waiting 1-2 business days for possible redelivery by the carrier. If your package still hasn't been located or redelivered after 2 business days, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking information. After filing a claim, please wait for their response before reaching out to us at contact@quantyvo.com, and include the reply from your local courier so we can assist you further.

QUANTYVO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

We'll consider an item lost in transit if there are no tracking updates for 25 days. In such cases, contact us at contact@quantyvo.com so we can arrange a replacement.

 

Why are some items shipped separately?


If you have purchased multiple items from QUANTYVO we may provide multiple tracking links to avoid damages during transit and customs delays. We always try our best to combine your items into single parcels but occasionally, items are shipped out separately due to size and weight restrictions and reduce shipping costs. In either case, you will be able to track each individual item in real-time.


Not available to receive your parcel?


You will receive shipping updates via email and/or SMS. Please be available to receive your parcel when it is ready for delivery or collection. If for any reason you are unavailable, please contact your local post office so they are aware of this, or ask a family or friendly neighbor to receive it on your behalf.


Lost, held, or stolen parcels


If your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping courier but you have yet to receive your parcel. It may be possible that your parcel was lost, stolen, delivered incorrectly, or is still being delivered. Please get in touch with us via email with your order number and problem as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, or an apartment whereby there are many residents that can accept your parcel.

We are not responsible for any missing or returned parcels when the shipping information provided at checkout is incorrect. We may put your order on hold and send you an email to verify your address if there is an issue with the shipping address.

Please report a missing parcel to QUANTYVO via email within 60 days of your order or within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. If you contact us after this time frame, the postal service will find it difficult to investigate your parcel and we may not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.



My order has not arrived yet


If your order is still in transit after 90 days, you are entitled to a reshipment free of charge. Please report any parcels that have yet to arrive to our friendly team via email at contact@quantyvo.com with your order number and the item(s) missing. You have 14 days to report any missing parcels after 30 days from the original order date. 


Missing parcels


When a parcel is delivered by the shipping courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us.

Sometimes, a parcel may be marked as delivered by the shipping courier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your parcel, here is what we suggest:


For US customers



USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a parcel as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the next following days.

Please contact your local USPS post office for more information regarding your parcel as they will be able to provide accurate information.

If your parcel still does not show up after a few days, please call USPS to file a claim and contact us via email at contact@quantyvo.com


For all INTERNATIONAL customers



Please check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you have received a note or text message, it may have provided you with further instructions to receive your parcel.

Contact your local post office for more information as they will be able to provide helpful information to locate your parcel.

If you are unable to receive information from your local post/customs office, please contact us for additional assistance. The QUANTYVO Team will work hard to locate your missing parcel and provide solutions for the situation at hand. 


Ordering for a special occasion


Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for any special occasions including parties, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, etc.

If your item arrives later than expected and you would like to return an item please email us within 14 days of the parcel arriving. You then have another 14 days to send the items back to our address in Asia or UK at your own cost depending on the most convenient option.


What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to QUANTYVO?


All shipments returned to QUANTYVO are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments may include an incorrect or unknown shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels held by the courier.

If your parcel is returned to QUANTYVO, please send us an email at contact@quantyvo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Reshipments may incur handling and reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.

If you decide to cancel your order when a parcel has been returned you will be charged a 10% processing and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
